· Sewing Machine Service

Austin's has a full, on-site service center servicing all makes and models. We do our best to accommodate customers with emergency sewing needs. Customers may schedule hourly training on other brands for a fee.

· Training

When you purchase your machine from Austin’s, private training classes are included to assure your comfort and knowledge of the machine. Customers may purchase hourly training on all other machines.

· Education

Austin’s offers group classes in garment sewing, quilting techniques, home-dec, machine embroidery, thread painting, machine felting, fabric dyeing, embroidery software, beginning quilting, beginning teen and adult sewing, hat embellishment, lingerie construction, American Girl doll clothes, and exclusive design classes from our resident pattern artist, Peggy Garbers. We also bring in guest educators regularly.

· Long Arm Quilting

You can finish all those quilt tops in 2009 on our Baby Lock Jewel. The Jewel long-arm is set up and ready for you to play. Just call and schedule your time.

· Machine Upgrades

By appointment only, Austin’s technician can do the latest upgrade for your Babylock or Pfaff sewing machine.
