May Embroidery Club In-the-Hoop Zipper Bag
May's embroidery club is an In-the-Hoop zippered bag. If you have never made a project that sews a zipper in the hoop, this is a great opportunity. Your bag will be fully-lined and you have opportunities to add a ruffle, decorative top strip and tabs. We will make the 5 x 7 Hoop size in class.
This collection by JuJu includes several sizes.

CUTTING CHART
Front Bottom Fabric 5" x 9"
Front Top Fabric 2.5" x 9"
Ruffle or Lace Trim 9"--no more than 1-1/2" wide
Zipper, Nylon size 3 9"
Back Fabric 7" x 9"
Lining Fabric CUT 2 7" x 9"
I suggest you fuse a light-weight interfacing to the front and back pieces. I used Shape-Flex
